These four courses are designed to help you do that. Each course can be presented in a small (6 to 8 people) or large (10 to 25 people) group format.


This 12-hour course sets the foundation for leadership success for both emerging and seasoned leaders by using the group’s unique challenges as its context—giving participants straightforward and sustainable strategies for working with anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Participants will discover how to recognize four universal interpersonal distinctions—including how our perceptions affect us—so they can identify innate communication preferences in themselves as well as in others.

Building on their awareness of their own as well as other’s communication strengths and challenges, participants increase their skill at engaging and collaborating with anyone—despite individual differences—while fostering increased buy-in within the team or organization.


This 12-hour course is designed for seasoned leaders who are ready to develop the one quality that differentiates the most effective global leaders in every arena from those who are merely confident and highly skilled: Self-Awareness. Influential leaders who lead the pack in innovation and bottom-line results in an unpredictable business environment are keenly self-aware; they have a clear sense of their ideal self as well as the values they hold and live by.

This fast-paced and experiential course helps leaders to align their leadership strategies with their values as they unpack the connection between their intentions and their impact.

This 8-hour course is designed for leaders and teams who want to deepen their creativity, increase their resilience and expand their ability to innovate in an unpredictable environment. Innovation is a messy process that requires focus, patience and the ability to embrace conflict in the pursuit of breakthrough ideas and applications.

In this experiential course, participants will begin with their personal innovation challenge and use each element of the course content to address it. Once they complete the course, they will have a sustainable process they can use to reproduce their results.


This 12-hour course will provide the team with a breakthrough strategy to address business problems with a sustainable process to achieve its business objectives. This course capitalizes on Edward De Bono’s idea that “Sometimes the situation is only a problem because it is looked at a certain way. Looked at another way, the right course of action may be so obvious that the problem no longer exists.”

The team will discover how to shift from the usual lengthy “problem-focused” discussions that waste time and create unnecessary conflict to a more visual and “outcome-focused” structure that helps them to map out their business objective, the obstacle they face (the “problem”) and the contribution required by each member—in a fraction of the time.

In the process they will easily see what is holding them back, what strategies will move them forward, and the specific action steps they need to take to accomplish their objective. (Pre-requisite: Ignite Your Personal Leadership)
