These four courses are designed to help you do that. Each course can be presented in a small (6 to 8 people) or large (10 to 25 people) group format.


This 12-hour course gives Emerging Leaders a foundation for interpersonal accomplishment within the context of your organizational objectives. Capitalizing on the group’s unique strengths and challenges, this interactive and performance-based course will give participants straightforward and sustainable strategies for successfully engaging with anyone, both within and outside of your organization.

Building awareness of their own strengths and challenges—as well as the strengths and challenges of their team—will increase their skill at engaging or collaborating with anyone. As a result, they will be able to foster increased buy-in within their team and organization.


This 16-hour course is designed for seasoned leaders who are ready to develop the one quality that differentiates the most effective global leaders in every arena from those who are merely confident and highly skilled: Self-Awareness. Influential leaders who lead the pack in innovation and bottom-line results in an unpredictable business environment are keenly self-aware; they have a clear sense of their ideal self as well as the values they hold and live by.

This fast-paced and experiential course helps leaders to align their leadership strategies with their values as they unpack the connection between their intentions and their impact.

The higher up in the organization a leader goes, the greater the likelihood that she or he will need to be comfortable—and skilled—at speaking in front of groups, both large and small. The reason that many otherwise skilled leaders find speaking so challenging is because they have not yet discovered the secret that all great speakers know: speaking is never about the speaker—it is always about the speaker’s ability to connect with their audience.

In this 8-hour interactive and performance-based course, participants will discover the one strategy that eliminates speaking anxiety for good. In the process, they will discover how to feel as comfortable and confident speaking in front of any audience as they do in conversation with their family and friends. Since 1999, 100% of the participants in this course have transformed their speaking anxiety into audience connection and discovered their Signature Speaking Strengths.


This 3-day interactive and performance-based program takes participants speaking skill to new heights with a combination of speaking confidence and the technical skill of creating presentations for any audience. Day 1 begins with PowerSpeak.  On Day 2, after breaking through their initial speaking challenges and discovering their Signature Speaking Strengths, participants will learn a 3-step sustainable structure for creating engaging presentations of any duration—even at the last minute.

On Day 3, participants will have two opportunities to present the 15-minute presentations they built on Day 2 and receive feedback from Maia and their colleagues. In place of the typical “critiques” that leave many speakers ready to retire from speaking altogether, this feedback increases the speakers awareness of what they did well (so they can do more of it) and what they want to do differently in their next presentation (so they will focus on what they want to do instead of where they “failed”). Graduates of this class leave with the knowledge and skill to confidently present in a wide range of leadership contexts.
